TechHouse is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement applies to all surveys administered by TechHouse. It does not apply to other TechHouse sites, products, or services.

Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we use it. By submitting any survey affiliated with TechHouse, you accept and consent to the practices described in this statement.

TechHouse collects customer (also referred to as “client”) feedback from its clients and prospective clients. Feedback is solicited through surveys, which are presented via email most often. All TechHouse surveys are entirely voluntary.

TechHouse collects data through online customer satisfaction surveys, online forms, emails, and phone calls. The data collected by TechHouse may include the following categories of data: name, email address, and phone number. TechHouse may also collect the following categories of demographic information: age, gender, education level, and race. If TechHouse combines demographic or other information with Personal Data about you, we will treat the combined information as Personal Data. Personal Data does not include anonymous information.

You may give us (TechHouse) information about you by filling in forms on our website or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise. This includes information that you provide when you participate in a survey. The information you give us may include your name, organization, address, email address, phone number, username, personal description, and other similar information.

TechHouse provides a wide variety of services and solutions. In connection with providing the services and solutions, TechHouse maintains information about individual client employees, including Personal Data about the client contacts, such as name and contact information. TechHouse may use this information for business purposes, including administering customer feedback surveys to measure customer satisfaction.

The customer feedback information may be stored by TechHouse and used to improve the client experience. This may require subsequent outreach by TechHouse employees to survey respondents. TechHouse will cease communications at customer request, with the customer’s expressed understanding that this may impact service delivery.

TechHouse uses cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to analyze trends, administer our website and surveys, and track user engagement. We receive reports on trends and user engagement.

TechHouse will not share Personal Data with third parties without the expressed agreement of customers. There are select exceptions to this. Exceptions include:

In the case of legal obligations, such as a subpoena or request from the government or a significant regulatory body;

In the case of protecting TechHouse’s rights and intellectual property;

In the case that TechHouse is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.
