Innovative School Brings Phone System to the Cloud

This customer is an innovative preschool and elementary school located in Los Angeles focused on creating a learning environment that prepares students to become future innovators, globally responsible citizens, and mindful individuals. They currently have 22 employees.

Although the school had Microsoft Business Standard subscriptions, a national ISP provided their phone system.

The national ISP had set the school up with wireless office phones. Spotty service and high phone bills motivated the school to seek out an alternative VoIP solution.

In just over a week, TechHouse helped the school’s IT Administrator set up and configure Microsoft Business VoIP with auto attendants and call forwarding, and a mix of headsets and compatible desktop phones.

The school can now focus once again on innovative education with secure and reliable communication in place.
