Kathy

Kathy got her start in information technology working at Accenture, a multinational consulting company. When family matters required Kathy to stay at home, she began doing tech consulting from her house. This led Kathy to found TechHouse in 1995. Kathy is a 25-year entrepreneur whose commitment to leveling the playing field has earned recognition from Ingram Micro, GrowFL, Microsoft, the National Association of Women Business Owners, Women in Cloud, and more.

Alex

Alex is a Florida native, born and raised in Tampa Bay. He is the Founder and Community Leader of the Tampa Bay Virtualization Users Group (TBVUG). Alex has degrees in Computer Networking Systems and Information Systems Security. He has dozens of certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, and more. Alex enjoys traveling internationally and building intricate Lego sets.

Rich

No one knows much about Rich, but Rich knows a lot about business technology. Calm and knowledgeable but mysterious, you may speak to Rich when you call for technical support or if you get on-site help in the greater Sarasota-Manatee area.

Lesley

Lesley is a professional generalist with over 35 years of experience in administration, human resources, and customer service. At TechHouse, Lesley administers customer care and ensures quality control. Lesley has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. She lives in Mallorca with her husband and their mischievous cats.

Rachelle

Rachelle specializes in Power BI, Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and SQL Query & Automation. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Family & Child Sciences and Psychology from Florida State University. She enjoys writing, art, and Dungeons and Dragons.

Tony

Tony has a 35-year sales and technology career with stops at TV Guide, General Physics Corporation, Gartner, and the Naples Daily News. He has enough music and books to drive his beautiful wife crazy. He has accompanied her while whitewater rafting in the Grand Canyon, swimming in the Aegean Sea, and camping in New Orleans.

Missy

Missy has extensive experience working in admin, HR, and IT in for-profit and not-for-profit business environments. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Admin from Northern Illinois University and most recently earned her Professional in Human Resources certificate. Missy spends her free time reading, hanging out at the pool, and exploring the history of cities with her husband.

Laura

Laura is a media fanatic who uses her visual education to optimize digital-first experiences. She has two Film degrees, a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MA from the University of London. Laura spends her spare time coaching high school rowing and planning her next international adventure.

Barbara

Barbara is a CPA with a degree in Accounting from Villanova University. Before becoming a Dynamics GP consultant in 2005, she was an auditor for (then) Touche Ross before becoming a controller. Her experience allows her to relate to clients’ needs in software, accounting, and auditing, making her a valuable resource. Barbara is originally from Long Island but relocated to the Sunshine State after a visit to Jacksonville in 1983.

Janelle

Janelle is an elephant that jumped over the moon and became a bird; she values Maya Angelou’s teachings that we all have a song to sing. After graduating from Alabama State University with a BA in English, she understood that life is too short because we take too long to live it. Words are her power as much as being an observer. She adores being a daughter, wife, sister, mother, poet, believer, and working with youth.

Bill

Bill’s 30-year career in project management and customer service has been filled with twists and turns. After serving in the Air Force as a telecommunications specialist (and living in Germany and Greece), Bill worked as a field technician, then as a customer service expert. In these experiences, Bill learned that change is the only constant. He took this knowledge and earned his PMP so that he would be better prepared to create order in the ever-changing world of tech. Bill spends his spare time with family and likes to travel as much as possible.

John

John worked as a network support administrator for 7 years before joining TechHouse in 2006. Since then, he has aided numerous organizations in securing their IT infrastructure. John has a Comp Sci degree from the University of Central Florida and numerous Microsoft certifications—including Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and SQL. He is a film connoisseur, Spartan Race alum, and board game creator.
