Kathy Durfee, CEO and Founder
Kathleen Durfee, founder and owner of TechHouse, graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry with Honors and Distinction, and a Masters Degree in English and American Literature. Kathleen is a Microsoft® Certified Solution Developer with over 20 years experience in the IT industry.  Kathleen is active in the community and on various boards including past board member of the Suncoast Technology Alliance and the Tampa Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and current board member of 82 Degrees Tech and the Tampa Chapter of Entrepreneur's Organization.

Bob Durfee, Chief Technology Officer
Robert Durfee joined TechHouse in 2000 as Chief Technology Officer. Bob has multiple certifications and over 20 years experience in information technology. Prior to joining TechHouse, Bob was responsible for Internet and Intranet development for PepsiCo.  Since joining TechHouse, Bob has architected and led numerous projects including application solutions for Motorola with over 80,000 users, numerous advanced architecture solutions including SQL Cluster Performance tuning for a national theme park and business intelligence solutions for several national retailers.  Bob graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors of Science degree in Management Information Systems.

Jeff Frank, Business Development Manager
Jeff Frank recently joined TechHouse after a long and successful career of solution technology sales and business management with Verizon. Jeff has a bachelor's degree in Business Management and has received numerous sales and customer service awards. Jeff brings a wealth of experience in helping customers find the correct solutions for their business needs.

John Zaporteza, Senior Consultant, Managed Services and Cloud Practice Area Lead
John Zaporteza joined TechHouse in 2005 as a consultant and now manages the small business practice area.   A graduate of the University of Central Florida, John has over 15 years experience in Microsoft Consulting Services, with broad and deep skills from networking to intranets and from CRM to VOIP.   John's certifications include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, CRM, and Sharepoint. 

Kristen LaFrance, Senior Accountant
Kristen LaFrance, CPA, joined TechHouse in 2010 in the Accounting and Finance department. She has her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and went on to complete Master’s level studies in order to be licensed in the state of Florida as a Certified Public Accountant. Kristen brings years of industry and public accounting experience to TechHouse and helps manage overall Finance and Accounting Operations of TechHouse.

Kellye Frederick, Administrative Accountant and Partner Representative
Kellye recently joined TechHouse as Administrative Accountant.  Kellye manages partner operations, alliances and procurement, ensuring smooth delivery of services and products to our customers.  Kellye is actively pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
