Meeting Concierge by TechHouse is Conference Room Scheduling Software.  A web based conference room scheduling system with a simple user interface that maintains an inventory of rooms , provides notification of room configuration changes and handles catering requests.  Basic features of Meeting Concierge include:

End Users
Have the ability to book conference rooms, view their previous bookings, edit or delete their previous bookings, place catering orders and view room free/busy time.

Managers
Can review requests for their rooms and decline meetings as needed.

Administrators
Can do everything the users and managers do but on a global basis.  They can create conference rooms and attributes, review meeting by room and by chairman, edit or delete conference rooms, and edit or delete attributes.

Catering
Can review catering orders placed, accept or decline orders, mark orders as delivered, reopen declined orders and maintain catering menu.
